All 5 of our retail shops (Grafton, Vernon Street and the West High Street, Coffs Harbour stores, Toormina and Nambucca Heads) offer quality goods at reasonable price points to fund the critical support services we provide to individuals in times of crisis. By empowering our customers with affordable options and valuing the bigger purpose behind our efforts, we are creating a positive impact on society, ensuring our sustainability is helping more people in need. Through our retail shops, community support, and phone line services, we aim to support anyone facing challenging times and prevent suicide, making a significant difference in the community.

Our dedicated Lifeline Volunteers are crucial to the success of our shops, without the support, skills and unique perspective of each one, we wouldn’t be able to support the community as we do. Every volunteer plays a vital role in delivering our services and making our community stronger.
Lifeline Toormina is a destination shop, we are known for a fresh stylish retail environment stocking carefully curated collections of pre-loved goods. Toormina is the place to go if you want a one-stop-shop!
We offer unique items that enable you to pull together your own looks true to your individual style. With a large furniture showroom a wide range of brac-a-brac, linen and quality clothing this is the perfect destination if you’re looking to set up a new home or need some added extras.
Our warehouse is located onsite and we are happy to help you find anything you need. We also offer delivery of large items and a pickup service if you need a hand to bring in furniture donations and have a huge collection of rags for commercial sale.
We pride ourselves on being sustainable and reducing waste. We have been able to reduce the amount of waste to landfill year on year by over 40% in the last 2 years, by using creative solutions like restoration, ragging and selling items for mosaicking and art projects and being able to repurposed 80% of donations that would otherwise be thrown away!
